Trial results on apples storage in CA modules

The CRA-W (Agronomic Research Center of Wallonia, Belgium), ran trials on apples storage in our controlled atmosphere modules. The results were presented at the ITAB (states for: Technical Institute for Organic Farming) conference in January.
These trials showed that after 5 months of storage, the apples taken out of our CA boxes have better sensory examination results (firmness, crisp, juiciness) and a better overall aspect, than those stored in classic, opened boxes.

We recall that our modules allow to maintain the quality of the apples even longer, up to 8 or 10 months depending on the varieties.
