It is official: the JMT US fruit range is extending with pomegranate storage. The good results of the last trials allowed us to confirm the interests of controlled atmosphere bins for this product, with a storage time up to 6 months (vs. 4 months in classic cold). As usual with our bins, no weight loss during the storage, and more specifically for pomegranate: the colors, whether of the skin, the internal membranes, or the edible seeds, are best maintained.
