We told you about it some time ago, it's now official: garlic is part of the JMT US range!
Trials on the storage of garlic heads in our bins have proved conclusive, with remarkable quality maintenance.
First interest of the JMT US controlled atmosphere: the natural limitation of the sprouting of the cloves.
And as always with our modules, an almost negligible weight loss of less than 1% even after 10 months of storage.
A simple brushing at the end of storage allows growers to offer garlic heads of optimal quality.
We are very happy to be able to bring a natural storage solution to a sector that also has every interest in being able to supply its local markets for longer!
