Conclusive parsnip tests

The range of vegetables that can be stored in controlled atmosphere bins will soon integrate parsnip. Tests have indeed been carried out in several northern European countries, and the results are very positive: 100% marketable parsnips after 4 months of storage, with a weight loss in CA bins limited to 1% (compared to 20% in classic cold). New technical data sheet to come by the end of the year.
