It is not a surprise for those who know JMT: storage in controlled atmosphere bins does not fit only for apples and pears.
Garlic storage trials (full heads or cloves) in CA bins recently reached their verdict, and the results happen to be very promising, with a very satisfying quality after 10 months of storage, and an interesting effect of the CA to control germination during storage.
