The storage of dry aromatic herbs is nowadays very well managed in our airtight bins.
But for the storage of these same plants still in their fresh state, it is our controlled atmosphere bin that can be used. A parsley producer in southeastern France, interested in extending its storage life by several weeks, has initiated a protocol with us. More information in the coming weeks and months !
