Cabbage: another successful storage

Today we received this photo from a grower from Illinois, who uses controlled atmosphere bins to store part of her vegetable harvest: these white cabbages are just out of 4 months storage in our CA bins, and needed to be trimmed only slightly in order to look that good. Another excellent storage result, and another satisfied grower, able to extend the selling season!
