Ray Ferri, a producer for Country Apple Store in Ontario, Canada, shares his experience using Janny MT modules for asparagus.
"I've had Janny MT modules for over six years. I mainly use them for asparagus, but also for pears. I use them twice a year for asparagus. Growth occurs in peaks, so the modules allow us to manage harvest volumes, avoiding losses and extending the marketing period. The equipment offers greater flexibility, as I can store 170 kg of asparagus for up to four weeks. They are therefore cost-effective, with an attractive return on investment."
